- A combination of customised learning & homework on one hand and recreational pedagogical activities on the other hand offers stability and orientation to the students, so they may discover and conquer PKG and the school centre Cyriax, their new place of living & learning, for themselves.
- A pedagogical team with many years of experience: reliable and empathetic contact persons or dialogue partners
- Small working groups including 15 students at most during learning hours
- A calm working climate accompanied by co‑workers with a lot of intuition for the individual working pace of the students, their motivation and attitude to work as well as their current ability to concentrate
- Age- and participation-based freedom of scope in the recreational pedagogical area
- Maintenance of contact and dialogue with the parents; parent talks are always a possibility after foregoing agreement. Parents receive all up-to-date information during the course of the school year. We also participate at the parents' days at PKG. Parental surveys to optimise LzP-services occur in regular intervals.
- A needs‑based scope of supervision by individual choice of the number of supervision days. No compulsory particiation during the contractual mentoring times. Individual arrangements and agreements are possible after prior consultation (also see bracket Glossary of LzP).
- A close co-operation and regular exchange with the try-out grade co-ordinators of PKG for the advancement of a successful transition into the new form of school and the new environment.
